Constraint for zero velocity in multiphase flow

Hi

I am modeling ice formation in a droplet using multiphase flow. The method is based on the fact that when ice phase is formed, I increase the viscosity. The model works perfectly, however, although the value for viscosity is very high, the droplet still moves toward its equilibrium position.

I was thinking of adding a conditional weak constraint for the droplet phase (domain), which its expression is u*(tpf.mu2>=100), and 100 is the value that I have defined for ice viscosity. I think this means that I forced the model to make u=0 whenever its viscosity is higher than 100.

Unfortunately, the solver cannot find its way while the weak constraint is active, and as soon as I hit the compute, it breaks. I think I am doing the constraint definition wrongly. If anyone can help me with it, it would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Shawn
